Where do you ship?
Currently I ship to Canada and the United States.
How much is shipping?
🇨🇦 Canada
Shipping starts at CA$2 flat and is sent via Canada Post Lettermail (untracked) to keep shipping as affordable as possible. If you'd prefer tracking, you can select a tracked shipping upgrade during checkout.
🇺🇸 United States
Flat rate CA$12 with tracked shipping included. Duties and tariffs are already taken care of, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Orders
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually packed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the handmade and paper nature of my products, I don't accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there's an issue with your order or something isn't quite right, please reach out! I'm always happy to help and find a solution.
Products
Are your stickers waterproof?
My stickers are printed on premium vinyl and laminated for extra durability, making them water-resistant and perfect for water bottles, laptops, notebooks, Kindles, and more.
While they're great for everyday use, I don't recommend putting them through the dishwasher or leaving them outdoors for long periods.
Do you design everything yourself?
Yes! Every sticker, bookmark, and stationery item is illustrated by me before being printed, packed, and shipped from my little studio in Canada. No AI!
